Public workshops

We offer two web content workshops with our partner, Vision Australia.

• Writing for the web: a user experience approach — focuses on writing and producing quality content.

• Web accessibility for writers and editors — focuses on accessibility issues that web writers and editors need to be aware of.

In-house workshops

We’d be happy to run our training in-house for your team. For in-house training we:

• Charge a set fee (which includes our travel expenses for workshops outside metropolitan Melbourne)
• Ask you to supply a venue and print the notes we supply for participants
• Allow you some flexibility with the number of participants
• Use material from your website to make the exercises relevant to your staff.

We also offer two extra workshops, in-house only.

• Web writing masterclass
  A half-day session for small groups who have attended our full-day writing for the web course.
• Web writing for managers
  A 1-2 hour session for your managers and content approvers—usually an overview of users’ online reading behaviour and good writing practices.
