Our web writing training is designed for people who write, review, approve or manage content for their organisation’s website, intranet or blog.

Web writing courses

We offer two courses in partnership with Vision Australia.

In-house training

We can run our workshops for your staff. We also offer two extra workshops, in-house only.

  • Web writing masterclass — advanced training for small groups who have attended our full-day writing for the web course
  • Web writing for managers — an overview of online reading behaviour and good content design for managers, content owners and content approvers

Our workshops will be customised to meet your needs. We:

  • Use content from your website to make the exercises relevant to your staff
  • Discuss your publishing environment and processes with you in advance
  • Allow you some flexibility with the number of participants
  • Charge a set fee (which includes our travel expenses for workshops outside metropolitan Melbourne).
